We are a father and daughter duo based in Herne Bay, Kent with a work from home business.
We create bespoke items to give that extra bit of personalisation to your gifts, clothing, event or business needs, as well as workwear bundles with no minimum order or setup fees.
We specialise in embroidery, transfer print and vinyl.

FAQ
What is your return policy?
As all items are made-to-order and are purchased from our supplier at time-of-sale, we do not offer returns.
We offer a 4 hour cancellation period after you have made an order. Cancelations after this time are subject to a £10 fee.
This is because production may have already begun, and will cover us for the expenses of time, artwork processing, returning stock and other associated costs. We will not refund any items unless faulty and we have been notified within 48 hours of delivery/collection.
Will you provide a mock-up of my design?
Absolutely! Once we have received your order and artwork we will create a digital mock-up for you to approve. This will be emailed or messaged to you.
Feel free to ask any questions or request any changes for the visual if you are not 100% satisfied. Once approval has been received, it cannot be changed.
Can I supply my own garments for print?
In some cases we may print on own garments as long as they are brand new/unwashed and can be delivered to us. We cannot guarantee a print on worn/washed items.

What information is required to produce a quote?
If you’d like a quote from us, the quickest way is to use our contact form. Generally we will respond within 24 hours.
